25 suspected anonymous members of the hacker movement have been arrested in a sweep across Europe and South America, Interpol said by the global police agency. The arrest were carried out by national law-enforcement officers working under the support of Interpol's Latin American Working Group of Experts on Information Technology Crime. The age of these 25 hackers are between 17 and 40. They are suspected of planning coordinated cyber-attacks against institutions such as Colombia's defense ministry and presidential Web sites. The arrest begun in mid-Feb, which have searched 40 locations and 15 cities. The investigation has used 250 pieces of information technology and mobile phones. 4 of the 25 hackers were suspected that relate to attacks on Spanish political party Web sites. Anonymous has no real structure, so it's still unclear what impact the arrest will have.

With modern technologies, crime increases by stealing from others and destroying important Web sites. Hackers are one of these negative examples. People should learn these techs in a positive way and improve them together.
